SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the Agent Advocate text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Agent Advocate LLC ("Agent Advocate", "we", "us", or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

The Program provides recurring transactional and informational SMS messages from Agent Advocate, including (but not limited to):

• Confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls.
• Responses to inquiries you submit.
• Account activity and security alerts.
• Updates about programs you have asked us about.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking an unchecked SMS opt-in box on a form, texting a designated keyword (such as JOIN) to our number, or by otherwise providing express written consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of the Service.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. Agent Advocate is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive any additional messages, unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Sharing

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have authority from the account holder for the mobile number you provide. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
