- Public sources, brokerage materials, and analytics providers.
- Bot detection and verification services (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile).

3. SMS / Text Messaging — TCPA & CTIA Compliance
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Agent Advocate, you consent to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number you provide. SMS consent is collected via clear, affirmative opt-in (for example, by checking an unchecked opt-in box or texting a designated keyword). Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make any purchase or use the Service, and you can opt out at any time.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your engagement.
- Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us, unless you opt back in.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@agentadvocate.net.
- No sharing of mobile data: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your preferences at any time using the cookie banner.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to function and cannot be turned off. They include cookies set by Supabase to keep you signed in and by Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that you are human. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.
Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID>to distinguish users and track sessions. IP addresses are anonymized. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data or choosing "Essential only" the next time the banner is shown.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers.

- Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, security). They are bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

- With your consent, for example if you ask us to introduce you to a brokerage.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
